Latha surprised her employer with her ability to quickly understand complex modules when she started as a web services QA analyst. She demonstrated consistency in her hard work, dedication to high quality, and excellent analytical and problem solving skills. She showed a positive can-do attitude and flexibility by helping the team even when busy, and strives well under pressure as an excellent multitasker. Due to these skills, she was offered a lead role but had to relocate to India.

Latha surprised us with her ability to understand complex modules in no time, when she started as Web Services QA
Analyst.Within few days after she was onboard with us,she got good handle of the multiple services that we offer
for customer security layer.
It was amazing to see consistency in her hard work, dedication and commitment for high quality. The ambiguities
she raised often showed her excellent analytical skills. Her way of tackling problems showed her excellent problem
solving skills. Team can always count on her when there is a need of extra hands,even if her hands are already full
which showed her positive can-do attitude and flexibility. She takes suggestions as ways to improve herself at all
times. Most importantly, she strives well under pressure,excellent multitasker.
She became Full Time Wells Fargo employee in short time, and was offered a Module Lead role due to her above
