It is my pleasure to recommend Latha Krishnan for QA Analyst position. I am a Web Services
QA automation lead at Wells Fargo Enterprise Systems Quality Assurance Group. I came to
know Latha when she joined as a contractor to work on automating and writing the test cases.
Latha distinguished herself by submitting exceptionally well automated test cases. I would rank
her in the top 2% of contractors that I had in the past 2 years in respect of her automation skills
and in a result of that, converted her to Full Time employee in a very short duration (3 months).
Overall, Latha is highly intelligent and has good analytical skills. She has excellent
communication skills. Her written test cases are both clear and concise. She demonstrated her
oral articulateness in the meetings that were an integral part of the reviews. Latha was highly
proficient in applying her experience in analyzing the problem situations. She always explained
her views very concisely and gave supporting arguments that were both clear and persuasive.
Latha also demonstrated excellent teamwork skills in project assignments. She is a highly
dependable candidate on whom team can always count on when extra effort and time needed,
other than completing tasks assigned to her. Not only she has positive interest and can-do attitude
towards any tough tasks and deadlines, she shows the same by completing multiple tasks under
tight deadlines.
At a personal level, Latha is a well-disciplined, industrious employee with a pleasant personality.
She went well beyond the project, putting in a lot of extra research. Throughout the project,

motivated to learn the project, but she also put great work into assimilating it to her own
experience and developing her own scenarios about each use cases that discussed in user stories.
Latha is unquestionably an exceptional candidate for both Analyst and Engineer. Latha’s work
