The Normanby Hotel is known for its Sunday Sessions, Steaks, and large events. During her time there, Chelsea helped coordinate and report on large events of over 9,000 people, including monthly events, sporting events, and New Year's Eve, proving invaluable in making each a success. her own accord while continuing to perform her university studies.
The Normanby Hotel is an iconic Queensland pub known for its Sunday
Sessions, Steaks, and huge Car Park Parties.
Whilst Chelsea was with us she was involved heavily in the coordination
and post analysis reporting of many large events at the hotel including our
monthly ‘Normfest’ events, long weekend & sporting Car Park events (e.g.
Spring Break Party & State of Origin), as well as our New Years Eve Party.
With patronage for some of these events totalling more than 9000 people,
Chelsea’s dedication, knowledge, and willingness to help proved invaluable
in making each event a success.
As a valued member of our Marketing Department, Chelsea showed true
talent in organising suppliers, creating runsheets, creating/locating
theming for events, and communicating with staff.
