The Coffee Club
Not only does The Coffee Club serve excellent coffee but also exceptional customer service. I received great service
instruction during my time here, as well as managerial training. Due to being part of a large corporate chain, I was constantly
working with head office personnel and gained one-on-one coaching. It was not long before I was entrusted with managerial
duties such as; being responsible for other employees, running the store smoothly on my own, as well as production quality
expectations. I received much praise from my superiors as well as guest compliments on my level of service. Customers
often returned to my store for continued great service and excellent coffee.
Preschool Teacher (May 2016 – November 2016)
Small Fries Daycare Center
Small Fries is a spiritually based early childcare education center that partners with families and other support networks to
ensure that children receive holistic opportunities to grow and develop according to their unique makeup. Here I assisted
teachers in four culturally diverse classrooms with lessons, music, and art activities. Ages ranged from 3 months to 5 years. I
was responsible for setting up outdoor activities, leading music lessons, as well as supervising meal times.
Front Desk Agent (October 2015 – February 2016)
Mantra on Kent
In the heart of Sydney’s Central Business District lies Mantra’s self-service apartment hotel in which many business
professionals from all over the world come to stay. It was here where I experienced many different cultures and customs as
Sydney is a destination for international business travelers. As an agent, it was my responsibility to be efficient while meeting
the needs numerous business professionals’ hectic schedules. I was also in charge of communicating with many corporations
to insure that each guest’s financial obligation was in order. At night I was often in charge of the entire facility on my own
and took on many managerial responsibilities.
Executive Assistant (August 2015 – January 2016)
My Sleep Coach
As an executive assistant to the CEO of a start-up company, I experienced a behind the scenes view into how a business
begins. My tasks ranged far and wide. I was the social media marketing liaison of the group, as well as head of the research
team. I also assisted in setting up TV interviews, photoshoots, magazine articles and much more. The company’s clientele
doubled in size due in part to my efforts and input as executive assistant.

The distinguished Ojai Valley Inn is an escape to many celebrities and high priority clientele which I dealt with on a daily
basis. My duties included providing guests a five-star experience as well as catering to each customer’s leisure particular

Forbes customer service standards.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill
I was not only hired here for my customer service skills but also my vocal expertise. Not only did this job challenge and fine
tune my multi-tasking abilities but also required me to sing whenever prompted. Soon I had regular customers returning to
the establishment specifically for my service and vocal talents.
Spa Receptionist/Gift Shop Associate (April 2013 – June 2014)
Sycamore Mineral Springs and Resort
As my first guest services experience, I was responsible for making appointments spa treatments in addition to
commissioned retail opportunities in the resort gift shop. Soon following my employment, I financially recognized for my
disciplined work ethic. I was then entrusted with more responsibilities, such as; resolving guest issues, and designing displays
for new merchandise. To this day the management team requests I return since I was considered a valuable asset.
Intern (August 2012 – April 2013)
Opera San Luis Obispo
My responsibility at the opera house ranged far and wide. I was everything from a personal assistant of the conductor to the
person which many distinguished donors respected and trusted. I was in charge of contacting donors to raise funds as well
as marketing for the company online and in local businesses. The connections I made and work I did, later led to
employment by the opera house for solo vocal performances.
Shift Supervisor – (September 2010 – March 2013)
Cal Poly University Cooperation
I quickly rose up the latter at the University Cooperation. I started simply as a server, then cashier, soon after a cook, and
then ultimately a shift supervisor. I was entrusted with complying and enforcing food safety procedures, taking large orders,
and allocating tasks among my fellow employees. This job helped me to become a more organized individual and challenged
me to learn managerial skills at a young age.
