Not only does The Coffee Club serve excellent coffee but also exceptional customer service. I received great service
instruction during my time here, as well as managerial training. Due to being part of a large corporate chain, I was constantly
working with head office personnel and gained one-on-one coaching. It was not long before I was entrusted with managerial
duties such as; being responsible for other employees, running the store smoothly on my own, as well as production quality

My responsibility at the opera house ranged far and wide. I was everything from a personal assistant of the conductor to the
person which many distinguished donors respected and trusted. I was in charge of contacting donors to raise funds as well
as marketing for the company online and in local businesses. The connections I made and work I did, later led to
employment by the opera house for solo vocal performances.

I quickly rose up the latter at the University Cooperation. I started simply as a server, then cashier, soon after a cook, and
then ultimately a shift supervisor. I was entrusted with complying and enforcing food safety procedures, taking large orders,
and allocating tasks among my fellow employees. This job helped me to become a more organized individual and challenged
me to learn managerial skills at a young age.
