1. To create a new recurring service package you first need to create or have
the service that you wish to put into the package.
2. To create a new service, go to Maintenance-Services.
3. Next you will be able to create the new service by selecting the category
you wish to use and then selecting New.
4. Enter in the name of the service and the amount you will be charging for
the whole package then select ok.
5. The next step is to select the amount of time you want to designate for
the service. To do this, go to the Details section and select Edit. There you
can change the time and even select times for a break. You will also have

2. to select the Staff members who will be able to perform the services for
the package.
6. To make this service a recurring package, you then need to select the
Recurring Service Packages button at the bottom of the screen.

3. 7. In this next box you will need to create the new package. To do this, select
New. Enter in the name of the package, the retail price of the package and
the amount of appointments to be included in the package.
8. Next you will need to select the actual service that you have created for
this package.

4. 9. To create an appointment for a recurring service you need to go back to
the Main screen.
10.Select the appropriate day, time and staff member and then select the
customer.

5. 11. The next box to appear will be the box to select the service.
12.Click on Select Existing Services

6. 13.Next select Repeat Service Packages and select the appropriate Item.
14. The select services box will appear again. Select SAVE and your
appointment will appear on the appointment screen.

7. 15. You will then need to click on the appointment and go to Check Out to
process the sale.

8. 16. The appointment will then turn green to say that it has been finalised. If
you click on the appointment or at a future date, search for the customer
and then select Appointment History. Select the Repeat Services Packages
tab. There you can see which package the customer has and the balance
remaining on the services.

9. 17.Any future appointments for this customer, you will be asked if you wish
to use the package.
18.Select either Ok or No thanks to see the normal services screen.
PLEASE NOTE: If your customer is already booked in for the service that but is
not yet aware of the package and they wish to purchase the package, when
you go to check them out, simply click on the services section in the POS
screen and select the package. This will then automatically remove 1 from the
package.
