• As a representation, you can choose which

5. Step 3: Submit your quote
Use these buttons to remove or add
more chargesto your quote
Click Create Quoteto submit your quote
You will pay 2 Fleet credits to quoteon a

8. If the shipper initiates a conversationwith
you (usually to ask moreabout your quote
and services), the messages will appear in
lower right section when you view your
quote.
Note:only shippers canstart the conversation,you
cannot initiate the communication with shippers.

13. Youcan choosethe area you want to service: 200 km
radiusfromyour location, or country-wide. Youwill
receive email notificationabout new quote requests
based onthe service areathat you choose.

20. What happens after a shipper accepts your
quote?
• Once the shipper accepts your quote, the shipper’s contact informationwill bevisibleto
you.
• You can directly contactthe shipper (via email, phone, or Fleet’s chat feature) to finalizeall
the details of the shipment.
Fleet soon will provide Document Management feature for shippers and freight
forwarders to work on the documents together. Stay tuned for our update in
August!
