  1. A reminder of how we developed the new ASC Brand. Why did we re-brand? As a business we decided that we needed a much clearer focus on the markets we recruit for and consistency across the business in order to grow. What did we do? We re-structured the business and expanded from 2 divisions to 5 (3 core sectors, 2 sun sectors), drilled down vertical markets and built a clear company goal, mission and values. How did we do it and who was involved? We spoke to everyone in the business (recruitment staff, admin, finance etc) and asked what was important to them when delivering a service to clients/candidates, working with each other and to maintain a good company reputation. We then put together a branding group which consisted of various managers across the business to develop the new ASC brand. When did we do this? We started the process in 2017 and launched it officially internally in July 2018.
  2. This has also meant that internally we will be changing the names of some teams and what they focus on.
