 Candidate Questionnaire
After the questionnaire has been sent, the recruiter sends the job
description to the candidate for review to ensure the position is a
fit.
• Once a qualified candidate has been located, our
recruiters will place the candidate into our applicant
tracking system.
• The system will automatically send the Candidate Questionnaire
to complete. This allows us to get a better understanding of what
the candidate is looking for. Posted below is a link to review our
questionnaire.

INTERVIEW WITH LRFP
• Once LRFP has identified the candidate is a good fit, we will
then email resume to the client for approval.
• The client will confirm a day and time for either phone or in
person interview.
RESUME TO CLIENT
• For phone interviews, the client will be responsible for contacting the
candidate at the number provided on the confirmation email.
• The candidate and client are equally responsible to contact the other in the event
they need to re- schedule.
• If an in person interview is required and the candidate is out of state, LRFP will handle travel arrangements for client
interview.
• Travel arrangements will include: Flights, hotel, transportation to and from the airport. Food expenses will not be
covered.
LRFP will send an invoice to the client for reimbursement.
• Once the client has interviewed the candidate, the client will notify LRFP within 24
hours of interview and let them know how to proceed with the candidate.
• At the conclusion of interview, client/hiring manger will provide candidate a
confirmation for next steps.
• The client will inform LRFP of their decision on the candidate before the end of that
day.
INTERVIEWING WITH THE CLIENT
• After the successful interview, the recruiter and the client will discuss terms for a
possible employment offer.
• The offer should be composed and presented to the candidate within 24 hours of the
completed final interview.
• LRFP will prep the candidate up front so they know what to expect in the offer.
• LRFP will handle any necessary negotiations.
• Once the offer has been presented and accepted, LRFP will receive a copy of the
signed offer letter.
• LRFP will work with the client and candidate to set a start date.
