To whom it may concern,
I have known Indah Cristian during her educational development internship period in Czech
Republic, in my capacity as a Incoming Exchange Coordinator at AIESEC CZU PRAGUE. We
were lucky to have Indah involved with the Summer Camps, which took place from 28th
June –
10th
August 2014.
Indah Cristian is an extraordinary intern in AIESEC Summer Camp Projects. Indah’s professional
conduct and mannerism impressed me at the initial interview stage. A mature and focused young
woman, her strong sense of community was clear and genuine. Since day 1, Indah has been able
to show her enthusiasm and passion in her involvement. Throughout the project, Indah always
demonstrated integrity and positive attitudes.
Indah is able to adapt to new environment very quickly and she always demonstrates her
willingness to learn. Coming from a different culture and background, she is able to make friends
in no time. She is a team player and is able to collaborate with other interns without any
interference of my part. In respect to her honest and easy-going nature, Indah was great to work
with and she would be a valuable member of any team.
Indah also understands her responsibilities as an intern in the summer camps. She was in
charged of organizing activities for the children in the summer camps, be it an English teaching
class, sports activities or games. She is very organized and motivated in carrying out her duty.
She takes pride in her work and the results are always satisfying. This can be shown from the
satisfaction of both team leaders and the children as they participated in her activities. Indah’s
enthusiasm to contribute ideas and drive opportunities continued throughout the project.
In conclusion, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for Indah Cristian in any
projects or leadership roles. If her performance during this internship is any indication of how
she would perform on the job, Indah will be a positive addition to the organization. She is a very
