It is my sincere pleasure to recommend Jaclyn Chuah to your company.
I first met Jaclyn when she volunteered to be part of the Southern New Hampshire University
International Student Services Welcome Crew in August 2014. Jaclyn proved herself to be a
hardworking and dedicated volunteer who drew upon her friendly and supportive nature to
help our new students make a positive transition into our university community.
I later had the opportunity to work once again with Jaclyn during the SNHU International
Education Week. Jaclyn helped to organize a networking reception following our Cultural
Awareness Panel (which had a focus on global business). During the planning of the
reception, Jaclyn showed initiative and an attention to detail which reflected in the positive
outcome of the event.
In all of my interactions with Jaclyn, I have been impressed by her positive and outgoing
nature and her commitment to her fellow students with not only their transition to University
(with the Welcome Crew) but also through their co-curricular experiences (through her
activities as the Vice President of the International Business Association). She was also
involved in our department’s Saint Benedict’s Cultural Presentations Program which allowed
her to speak with local elementary school children - sharing her culture and traditions with
them.
Jaclyn continues to be a leader by example in her ability to achieve success academically,
professionally and personally. I therefore highly recommend Jaclyn Chuah to your company.
