Re: Gabriella Schulte, job applicant
Dear Ms. Agrawal,
I am very pleased to recommend Gabriella Schulte, one of our current juniors from the Bachelor’s Program
in Health Services Administration at Xavier University, for the position of Access Coordinator.
I have been Gabby’s advisor for the Health Services Administration program Xavier, beginning her
freshman year. Gabby opted to join our program in her first year at Xavier after discovering our program.
She works very hard in the program, while combining her part-time job responsibilities with her academic
responsibilities and her outside volunteer interests. She is very committed to serving others and giving all
she can to succeed.
Gabby successfully completed a summer abroad in London this past summer. She has a keen interest in
understanding and appreciating other cultures. She is also committed to serving others, as evidenced by
her long commitment to Ronald McDonald House. Her mentors there continue to be impressed with her
work and commitment to the needs of the House residents. She was very interested in the Access
Coordinator position when I mentioned it to her and quickly contacted you. I am very pleased to help with
the connection, and I feel she will give her whole heart in serving UC Health in this important role.
Gabby has the capacity to do quite well in this role. She is a very good student who listens well, and is
highly responsible. I know you will be able to count on her to understand her role in detail. Also, Gabby
will ask great questions and find opportunities to find new solutions. I hope this part time job will also
serve as her summer internship, as well.
Once again, I fully recommend Gabby for this important role. If I can be of any assistance to you in this
process, please do not hesitate to call upon me. You can reach me at kent@xavier.edu or 513-319-7939.
Best wishes,
Karen E. Kent, MS, Visiting Assistant Professor (signed electronically)
