I have known Ms. Mehak Rizvi during the academic years of her pursuit of a B.S in Human
Services at NYC College of Technology. I have been her professor, as well as a mentor for
her career goals. I highly recommend Ms. Rizvi for employment within your program.
Ms. Rizvi is an exceptional student. She is ready for challenges as evidenced by her
consistent work ethic. Ms. Rizvi always presented herself professionally in class; her work
and writing skills were excellent. She was an active participant with clinical and
professional insights. Within her course work, she has learned many tools to parlay in
actual work with students. These include intake, assessment, biopsychosocial reports,
treatment planning, counseling, health for vulnerable populations, gerontology, and
community organization. She would be a good mentor to all her assets include
dependability, comprehension and execution of duties as well as being a pleasant and
sociable person.
