To Whom It May Concern:



       I am writing on behalf of Mr. feffrey Fantuzzi.l have had Mr. Fantuzzi in two
classes during his education as an undergraduate at Central Michigan University and
find him to be an outstanding classmate and student.

 Mr. Fantuzzi is a Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts major with a minor in Event
Planning. Mr. Fantuzzi has been a leader in multiple group projects as well as with
his individual assignments in my classrooms. He always goes above and beyond
when completing class work. He participates in every class discussion and his ideas
contribute greatly in class. Mr. Fantuzzi has never hesitated when coming to mb
with questions and has always tried to understand his obligations before pursuing
them. I find this to be an extremely admirable quality in a student because it shows
that Mr. Fantuzzi takes the initiate to fully understand any project he is about to
undertake before he begins it. There have been multiple occasions in which Mr.
Fantuzzi has had to do projects with a group that take place outside of the
classroom. This is where Mr. Fantuzzi has really excelled the most in my classes. He
is excellent at community outreach, programming and promoting for such events.
He is an excellent team leader and motivator. He possesses great delegating skills
and seeks to bring out the best in his team, as well as himself when working on such
projects.

Mr. Fantuzzi is a dedicated, hardworking individual and would be an asset to any
company he was working with. He possesses the passion that any employer would
strive to find in their employees. Among everything else, a few qualities I find
extremely valuable in Mr. Fantuzzi is his enthusiasm, friendliness, and generally
extroverted personality. Mr. Fantuzzi is extremely easy to talk to and is genuinely
interested in everyone he meets. I believe this is part of why he is so good at the
body of work he has completed in my classes. Mr. Fantuzzi is motivated to do what
he needs to do to ensure that his work is the best it can be.

 In conclusion, I would highly recommend Mr. feff Fantuzzifor your company. I
 believe that he will do wonderful things and contribute a great amount individually
 as well as contributing to a team and company as a whole. Mr. Fantuzzi is a .
 professional who can work great on his own but who can also lead or follow in a
 group setting. He adapts easily and acts professionally in all situations. I believe he
.would be a wonderful asset to any team. Thank you for your time.
