We Need…
1. We need a (staged) "Yalta-Summit" (organized by the international
community1
) between US, China and Russia- for Peace, Peace-making ,
Dis-armament and Security Keeping: this coincides with the calls for an UN
Security Council Reform and Reorganization.
2. We now also need much more active Peace, Diplomacy2
and Program
Bridge-Building3
, in and between ourselves- in the Energy Sector: We
need to develop a new cadre of “Energy (Transition) Diplomats4
- in and
between ourselves5
3. We need a (Western Societies) Perestroika & Glasnost6
in ( our Western
Governance over the Energy Business, BigOil & Economies 78
and Global
Institutes:

Market, Sector, Corporations, Governance, Roles and Responsibilities

Western Perestroika & Glasnost would help alleviate much of the present tensions between the North
and the South, the East with the West. The War in the Ukraine, including President Putins expressed
motives, have resonated around the World- and is not to be neglected. Better to take these signs and

The present wars (Ukraine, Middle-East) have done a lof of harm in the Energy Sector & Markets: trust,
reliabilities, trading, supply chains, etc etc. are all up for grasp: This needs healing!

5. We need to look a little bit closer to the Qualities, Experience and Character
Needs of Men and Women - and who are chosen to move from their National
Playground- to the- ever more Complex International Affairs : Care for our
Common Home9
and abilities to Triangulate the various Political and Societal
National and International interests into (Organizational) Reforms and Programs
that Work- are surely to be taken a little more serious.
