Well build Nashua MFG home w/sight built addition. Office could be made into a 4th bedroom. It has it's own entrance & 1/2 bath, plumbed for a shower. Easy to show, come take a look you won't be disappointed.
Going Green Without the Greenbacks, 2011Eleanor Olsen
“Going Green Without the Greenbacks” presented by Eleanor Olsen, AKBD, principal of Total Spaces Design, is packed with tips to save you “greenbacks”, while “greening up” your home, and saving the planet. Eleanor’s seminar uses the example of a pitiful little house that most other General Contractors would consider a tear down to illustrate how it was turned into a charming cottage on a tiny budget. Total Spaces Design remodeled this house completely, on a very tight budget, using premium materials salvaged from Second Use, and a few other Earth saving salvage opportunities, sweat equity from the homeowner with how to tips along the way and Eleanor’s own unique brand of creativity.

Better Buildings by Design Vermont: Joslin Hill Housekaplanthompson
How does good architectural design enhance high performance, and how does the goal of high performance affect good design? We will discuss how project design and energy concerns work together and how they clash—and how the final outcome can perform against design and performance goals. Topics will include:
1) barriers to high design and high performance
2) untapped design opportunities in high-performance construction systems
3) ways to modify the design process to integrate thermal performance on an equal footing with design and structural considerations
4) how local design culture affects design performance decisions and technical methods

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!
Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.
Accelerate your Kubernetes clusters with Varnish CachingThijs Feryn

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 20 years of solution engineering experience in application security, software continuous delivery, and SaaS platforms. He is known for his dynamic presentations in CI/CD and application security integrated in software delivery lifecycle.
Gopinath Rebala
Gopinath Rebala is the CTO of OpsMx, where he has overall responsibility for the machine learning and data processing architectures for Secure Software Delivery. Gopi also has a strong connection with our customers, leading design and architecture for strategic implementations. Gopi is a frequent speaker and well-known leader in continuous delivery and integrating security into software delivery.

3. VERRADO COMMUNITY
in 1999 the Verrado Community Master Plan was approved
by the Town Council. The community was annexed to the city
of Buckeye, Arizona.
In 2007, the Buckeye General Plan designated this property
as a Master Planned Community.
Of the 7 Phases of development southwest of Phoenix, our
project is situated in Phase 3 South.
This Preliminary Plat consists of 11 development parcels
(2.101-106 and 2.201-205).
4. A single family house located
in Verrado, just 25 miles
outside Phoenix, Arizona.
Verrado is anchored by a
pedestrian-friendly Main
Street and offers residents
miles of parks and trails,
educational and recreational
facilities, a championship golf
course as well as a variety of
clubs and activities.
5. Has a hot desert climate.
The hottest month is August, with an average daily high temperature
of 105°F
The average low temperature is 43°F in January .
Elevation: 869 Ft
6. Excellent access to
transportation, with
access to Interstate 10
just one mile south and
Loop 303 just five
miles to the east.
GOOGLE EARTH VIDEO
Our parcel, contains
80 lots, of which we
have chosen lot 157,
oriented lengthwise
north to south.
7. The context is predominantly single
family detached dwellings. Duplex
residential buildings are located along
the street.
The street hierarchy includes a main
north-south avenue: Verrado Way, and
secondary local residential streets.
The site is located on an east-west
local residential street: E. Delaney
Drive. which has low traffic.
A view corridor from the street to the
east terminates at a pleasant green
open area, which reduces the effect of
heat gain and brings a microclimate to
the surroundings.
8. • The contour slopes from the north-west
to the south-east.
• Prevailing winds originating from the
north support the natural ventilation.
• Front landscape set back. Rear gardens
and open area characterize the open
space.
9. Master bedroom, great room and kitchen
have areas facing north and receive
suitable access to daylight.
Covered patio facing north has daylight
and it is cooler during most part of the day.
Game room and secondary bedroom have
areas facing north and receive access to
daylight.
Second floor has cross ventilation.

Without their support and along with funding this project it would have never been
completed.
