4. Pitch SF006 is a 28 foot pitch close to the
entrance of the park. The decking from
the previous occupier is available too at
a bargain price which extends the full
length of the static holiday home on the
door side and around the back end to
benefit from the evening sun and
overlook the little stream that runs through
the park.
Our ABI Vista Platinum 28’x12’ that we have in
stock would fit wonderfully on here costing
just £28,000 sited and connected including
the decking! (cost of decking installation
would be an additional charge)

5. Pitch 104 is a 28 foot pitch which backs
onto the little stream that runs through the
park. Benefitting from almost all day
sunshine with room too for a 7 foot wide
decking on the door side facing the
evening sun this pitch is great! It is set
back in a small cul-de-sac of just 3 static
holiday homes so is quite a private pitch.

6. Pitch SF105 is a very sunny 38 foot pitch
with a view out of the front window up
towards Loughrigg! It enjoys almost all
day sunshine and there is room on the
door side for a 6 foot full length decking
that will receive the evening sunshine
right through until dusk. There is possibility
to for a patio beyond that.
The Swift Bordeaux Escape 33’ x 12’ (with
built-in covered decking, this is a 38’ unit)

7. Pitch 217 is a charming 36 foot pitch
situated in a particularly quiet region of
the park. There is space for a walkway
decking on the door side facing the
evening sun and for a south facing deck
at the rear that will benefit from afternoon
and evening sunshine. Viewing strongly
recommended.
