Request for the Site: The Site Request and Provisioning Process is the mechanism by which users
requestandreceive departmentsites.
Site Posting Request:- The Site PostingProcessisthe mechanismbywhichlinkstodepartmentsites
are listedonthe DepartmentPortal andBusinessDomainSites.
Site Decommissioning/Deletion: SiteDecommissioningreferstoremovingadepartmentsiteresiding
withinthe DepartmentPortal Framework.Thiscouldincludedecommissioninganddeactivation.
Site Deletion: The request to delete a site can be made for both a published HTML site and a
SharePointsite.Whenadelete requestissubmitted,the requestedsite will firstbe decommissioned
once approved,all linksforthe site will be removedandthe site will be deletedfromthe systemafter
90 days.
Queue Management: An e-mail reminder will be sent out to the site owner and the person who
createdthe sitesinthe queue thathave beencreatedandnot publishedforthe past90 days.
After30 more dayspass since the 90 daynotificatione-mail issentandnoactionistaken,anothere-
mail notificationwill be senttothe site owner,andthe personwhocreatedthe site.
After 30 more days pass since the previous30 day notification e-mail is sent and no action is taken,
the site will be decommissionedand scheduledfordeletion.
