Description: Virgin Mobile USA (VMU) is a “50/50” joint venture between SPRINT and the Virgin Group.
In the telecom industry VMU is what’s called a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) because it has
no network. It re-brands and resells SPRINT mobile network access and communication services. On top
of the SPRINT network and services, VMU delivers additional communication services. These services
are aggregated from third parties as well as developed and hosted internally within VMU’s facilities.

Siebel - As the interface for customer care and customer account management, Siebel enables VMU to
(i) manage VMU customer account features and life cycle, (ii) store all customer and account data, (iii)
monitor the status of customer accounts, (iv) generate messages alerting customers of their account
status, and (v) add free starter airtime to newly activated VMU customer accounts. Siebel is integrated
via the BEA Weblogic J2EE Server platform to other VMU systems and enables customer care agents to
use a single tool to manage customer interaction end-to-end. Siebel is integrated with the IVR enabling
‘screen-pop’ of specific customer account data and workflow triggers on inbound customer care calls.
Siebel has been and continues to be customized to meet the needs of VMU. In addition to the CRM
functions, Siebel is a development platform with facilities for developing product/service data, custom
workflows, data elements, and other elements.
Web - Virgin Mobile USA, Inc. (VMU) is a provider of wireless communications services, offering prepaid,
or pay-as-you-go, services targeted at the youth market (ages 14-34) and also develops content and has
relationship with third parties to procure & offer content and other services.. The Company offers its
products and services on a flat per-minute basis and on a monthly basis for specified quantities, or
buckets, of minutes purchased in advance, in each case without requiring VMU's customers to enter into
long-term contracts or commitments. VMU markets its products and services under the Virgin Mobile
brand. VMU has rights to use the Virgin Mobile brand for mobile voice and data services through 2027, in
the United States, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands through its trademark license
agreement with the Virgin Group. As of March 31, 2007, VMU served approximately 4.88 million

the Chairman and Board of Directors. To modify any information relevant field only it is possible. It will
also maintain the patient address information. These modules generate daily reports as well as,
