Rafa Mendiaren bideo hau ikusi ondoren eskola inklusiboaren inguruan zenbait
kontzeptu argiago geratu zaizkidala esan behar dut. Berak eskola inklusiboa pentsamendu
korronte bat bezala ikusten du, gizarte guztiari zabaldu beharko litzatekeena. Eskola bere baitan
eskubide bat izanik, eskola inklusiboak ere horrela beharko luke. Eskola inklusiboaz hitz egiten
dugunean, desberdintasunetaz, zailtasunetaz, beharretaz…hitz egiten ari gara; batzuen ustez
orain aipatu berri ditudan horiek eskola okertzea dakarte, izan ere, erritmo desberdina
daramate, irakaslearen lan handiagoa eskatzen du, arreta gehiago eskatzen dute…. Nire ustez
eta Rafa Mendiarekin bat etorriz, ezberdintasuna aberasgarritasuna da eta beraien artean lan

ditzakete. Inklusioaren
aldetik hauek ez dira arazo bezala ikusten, ez behintzat ikaslearen aldetik. Ikastetxea da oztopo
horiek jartzen dituena eta ikaslea ikastetxera moldatu beharrean, ikastetxea izan beharko da
ikasleari egokitu beharko den. Modu honetan soilik lortu ahal izango denontzako eskola bat.
Bestalde, egungo eskolak ikaskuntzan eta ikasleen parte hartzean oztopoak jartzen ditu.
Inklusioak oztopo horiek identifikatu eta ulertu egiten ditu eta horrela ikasleak asetzen ditu.
Modu honetan horrelako galderak planteatzen dira: zenek jartzen ditu oztopoak? Nola sortzen
dira oztopoak? Nola esku hartu oztopo horietan? Eskolan arazo asko sortzen dira gizartean oso
2. presente daudelako, homofobia,
arrazakeria, klasismoa…hala nola.
Azkenik, eskola inklusiboetan
laguntza edozeinek eman
dezakeela azpimarratu nahiko
nuke (amona, guraso, boluntario,
irakasle…). Argi dago hau modu
antolatu batean egin behar dela
baina azpimarratu nahi dut
ikaskuntza denon egitekoa dela eta
ez soilik irakaslearena.
Taldekatze moduari dagokionez, mota askotakoak daudela esan dezakegu: interesen
araberakoak, ikerketen araberakoa, edukien araberakoa… Baina inoiz ez gaitasunen araberakoa.
Nik bizi izan ditudan taldekatze gehienak honen araberakoak izan dira nahiz eta batzuetan ondo
funtzionatzen zuen, beste batzuetan emaitza txarrak egon direla onartu behar dut. Modu
honetan taldekatzen direnean badira zenbait ikasle aurrera egiten ez dutena eta horretaz garaiz
konturatzen ez bagara arazo larriak izan ditzakete etorkizunean. Ikasgelan laguntza eman behar
da, baina laguntza hori ez da beti irakaslearen aldetik etorri behar, hau da, ikasleen beren artean
ematea posible dute. Nahiz eta zenbait ikasleek zailtasunak izan ikasketetan, beti izango du
gairen bat gainontzeko ikasleei lagundu dezakeena. Honek autoestimuaren hobekuntza dakar,
izan ere, zailtasunak dituzten horiek normalean laguntza jasotzen dute eta oso aukera gutxi
izaten dute gainontzeko ikasleei laguntzeko; modu honetara beraiek ere garrantzitsuak
sentituko dira ikasgelan eta beren burua motibatzeko aukera bat izan daiteke.
Azkenik, ondorio modura esan, inklusioaren fokoa ireki behar dela, ikastetxe guztietara

inklusiboaren esparruan. Lehen, gure gurasoek ikasten zutenean, zailtasunak zituen ikasleak ez
zuen ikastetxera joateko aukerarik eta horrela gizartetik at geratzen zen, etorkizunean aukera
3. gutxirekin geratzen zelarik. Gaur egun hori oso leku gutxitan gertatzen da, edo hori pentsatu
nahi dut behintzat, nahiz eta oraindik oztopo asko edukitzen dituzten. Horrela jarraitzen badugu,
gu irakasle izaten garen egunean, ez da ikaslerik egongo non ikasteko eskubidea ukatzen zaion
eta hori lortzen dugun egunean gizarte inklusibo batetaz hitz egin ahal izango dugu, bitartean
ezingo dugu hori esan.
