Contingency Plans
We will focus on the aspect of our company that brings in the most revenue. We are also
prepared to reduce our top three cash out-flows. These will include items such as the Director
and CTO salaries and the amount of equipment we own. We are also prepared to fluctuate our
prices in order to meet any demand. Should we feel that our prices our too low and we are
viewed as amateurs we would raise them.
Should fate grant us positive success we will look to grow our company at a moderate rate.
Growing our crews, equipment, and experience will help us to profit from these areas. We also
want to eliminate the use of sub-contractors through expanding expertise in areas of
specializations such as Mechanisms design, Animatronic Micro-controller sound motion control
