This document provides specification sheets for three models of the Motorola ASTRO XTS 5000 Digital Portable Radio. Model I is the basic radio with no display or keypad and 16/48 channels. Model II adds a full bitmap display, 1000 channels, and programmable soft keys. Model III is the same as Model II but also includes a 4x3 keypad. The radios are designed for public safety professionals and offer features such as digital encryption, GPS compatibility, and ruggedized housing options. They are available in VHF, UHF, and 700/800 MHz frequency bands.
The MGV-4000 /TETRA Mobile Gateway provides access to the TETRA network, enabling communication between mobile subscribers in the TETRA network and a dispatching terminal on TDM‘s VoIP communication platform (NIS), or an alternative VoIP system.
Up to 8 external TETRA mobiles can be attached to the MGV-4000 for multiple, simultaneous connections to the TETRA network. The gateway converts the audio voice stream and the TETRA-specific PEI signalling into VoIP, and standard IP protocols.
The connection via the TETRA Air Interface means that the MGV-4000 is particularly suitable for remote locations and for ad-hoc applications.

The MGV-4000/PA Controller from TDM allows routing of audio inputs from different sources to the connected speaker zones. The controller converts the VoIP audio codecs into analogue signals as input for the connected amplifiers and their speakers.
The zone selection feature allows the operator or dispatcher to select dedicated speakers to broadcast an announcement at a specific location. Each broadcast can be assigned a priority level, those with a higher priority will take precedence over announcements of lower priority.
All announcements are duplicated on the MGV-4000 /PA Controller and forwarded to the voice recorder on TDM’s NIS system; providing recorded evidence of each audio announcements.
There are 3 types of Call Points are available:
VICOS CSA: Autonomous (Solar powered)
VICOS CSL: Repeater (Local power supply)
VICOS CS: Low-priced secondary call station
DEVOTION is a completely software defined radio that can be monitor the FM radio stations in 87.5-108MHz frequency band.
It has 1.5W speakers, headphones jack and audio outputs to monitor the audio. There is a switch at the front panel that connects Left or Right or Left+Right channels to the speakers. Stereo quality can be checked easily like that.
RDS information PSN,RT,PTY,AF,PI,TA can be seen on the LCD display.
RF receiving signal level(RSSI), Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR) and Stereo Blanding Ratio(SBR) can be seen on the LCD display. A threshold can be defined for RF signal level. When RF signal level has reduced below the threshold, the speakers give alarm signal and a contact is closed in GPIO output. This contact can be used to light a lamp or other purposes. There are contacts in GPIO for TA, TP and SNR also. These contacts can be connected to lamps or sirens to warn the user if listening station send TA or TP or SNR is bad etc.
RS485 port can be connected to the scrolling LED panels. When you write a message to RT, It can be seen in LED scrolling panels. You can check the text messages you sent to the outdoor LED scrolling panels from studio.
P.S.: We have a 60x90mm sizes equipment to receive the RT message and send to scrolling LED panel for outdoor usage.

Here, an active RFID tag is used in place of voter id where the system can scan the tag and matches with the fingerprints collected in the Aadhar database.
The voter has to scan the RFID tag for the identification and further the voter has to confirm the identity with the fingerprints.
When fingerprints get matched then voters can cast their votes as the data gets matched.
A LCD is applicable in the process of displaying the corresponding information of the voter from the database, thus illegal voting or impersonating can be avoided since the finger prints is not the same for every individual
