User needs to type a password using a QWERTY Keyboard attached to the PS2 port of the development Board equipped with NXP LPC 2148 and an LCD .A motor attached to one of the GPIO Pins of the uC opens the locker and the LCD displays a message whenever the password typed by the user is correct. If the password doesn't match with the correct password, then the alarm coming out as a result of the D/A conversion of the uC will be treated as a warning signal and the LCD displays the respective message.
In the present era of computerization, computation has become a part and parcel of our technological life. Numerous methods have been employed for counting purposes. MANU’S EMPLOYEE ESTIMATING DEVICE, is one of the counting device, which is used to count the number of persons present in an hall or a company. The estimating device was made by using LDR, IC CD4026 and common cathode seven segment display. It works on the principle that when the light falling on an LDR is interrupted the resistance increases which provides a clock pulse to IC CD4026. CD4026 IC is used in the circuit to drive the seven segment display. At this occurrence, LED stops glowing to indicate that someone is entering or exiting the hall. The interrupts are counted and then it is indicated in the seven segment display. The main advantages of this device are low cost, less complexity and efficient performance

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

In the Adani-Hindenburg case, what is SEBI investigating.pptxAdani case
Adani SEBI investigation revealed that the latter had sought information from five foreign jurisdictions concerning the holdings of the firm’s foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) in relation to the alleged violations of the MPS Regulations. Nevertheless, the economic interest of the twelve FPIs based in tax haven jurisdictions still needs to be determined. The Adani Group firms classed these FPIs as public shareholders. According to Hindenburg, FPIs were used to get around regulatory standards.

Session-2010-2013

2. Objective:-
This project is basically a game show consisting of few questions with four options containing
one correct answer. The question will be displayed on a LCD with its options and the player is
been provided the keys correspondent to the options of the answer.
Description of project:-
This project can be used for a quiz with up to 4 contestants (or teams). Each contestant has a
trigger push-switch and LED. When a trigger switch is pressed it lights the corresponding LED,
sounds the bleeper and prevents the other trigger switches from working - therefore showing
which contestant was the first to press their switch. A reset push-switch (operated by the
quizmaster) cancels the bleeper and switches off the LED so the circuit is ready for the next
question. The circuit consists of four 555 timer bistables which are triggered or reset when their
inputs are low. Their reset inputs are connected together and operated by a single reset push-
switch. The trigger switches are connected to the bistable trigger (pin 2) through a 0.1µF
capacitor so that only the initial press triggers the bistable; continuing to hold the switch closed
will have no effect. This is called edge triggering. Connecting the switch directly to the bistable
would prevent the quizmaster from resetting the circuit until the trigger switch was released and
trials showed that many contestants kept the switch pressed until asked to give their answer!
When triggered the bistable output (pin 3) lights an LED and makes the 'trigger line' high - this
prevents any other bistable being triggered and sounds the bleeper. A diode is used to link the
output to the trigger line.
Definition of project:-
This project consists of a RF based remote containing 4 switches representing options and also a
switch for quitting the game.
The player will press the key according to the option he wants to go with. The answer with
respect to the key pressed will be checked by the means of the microcontroller, if the answer is
3. right then the level of the game is been increased and a wrong answer will lead to the end of the
game.
This type of quizmaster is been employed in various popular game shows like “WHO WANTS
TO BE A MILLIONARE”, as well it can also been used at school and college level to organise
the quizzes and for the online tests.
If two events appear to occur almost simultaneously, it becomes quite difficult to decide which
one occurred first. This project can be used to find the correct answer of the question. This
project also indicates the cash money won by the player.
Block Diagram:-
Working:-
The circuit described above is the combination of the various electronic components. The soul of
this project is the micro controller-8051. This 40-pin IC consists of 4 KB of internal memory
which is of great use in this project.
When the question is been asked by the host, the question will be displayed on the LCD screen
with the options. Now the contestant will press switch according the option. If the option
4. selected is right then green LED will glow otherwise red. For every right answer a cash
increment is awarded to the player. If he wants to quit the game then he/she can quit the game by
pressing the quit switch.
The display section contains a LCD which is 16*2 mean 16 bit and 2 lines. It is a 16 pin device.
Its pin number 7 to 14 is connected to pin number 39 to 32 of microcontroller. Because it is
connected to p0 of microcontroller so we have to use pull up registers. For pull up registers we
use a 10k sip. It has 9 pins in which its first pin is connected to 5volt VCC and pin numbers
from 2 to 9 are pull up registers and are connected to pin number 7 to 14 of LCD and connected
to pin number 39 to 32 of microcontroller.
The input side consists of 4 trigger switches representing four options are been placed on a
remote which works on RF signal. This project can be operated from a distance of 50m as the
RF signal do produced is at the frequency of 455 Hz. This feature makes this project more
flexible.

1. It is operated computerised.
2.keil and c programming is used
3.proteus
Estimation cost of project is RS 6500.
Advantage :
1. Compact: the size of the unit is mainly the display and the switch.
2. Cheap
3. Easy recognition which option has been selected.
4. User understandable.
Scope:-
If two events appear to occur almost simultaneously, it becomes quite difficult to decide
which one occurred first. This project can be used to find the event which one occurred
first. This project is a useful hack when it come to make your own quiz-show, or maybe
just train your team for a real TV show or even simply to have fun... building it.
6. Online tests.
For the school and college level quiz.
Conclusion:-
Over the course of designing QuizMaster iteratively, we learned many important aspects
of good iterative design. We would suppose that programmers often assign too much
importance to implementing a design rather than ensuring that it is a good design in the
first place. We found the user testing to be extremely helpful in designing QuizMaster
and we wish we had had the opportunity to perform more testing and increase the number
of iterations of implementing the program and testing its features with users. We also
learned that even though the information gathered by observing users using our program
was invaluable, the suggestions from the users of how the interface could be improved
needed to be taken with a grain of salt. Individual users often do not always know what
would make the program easier to use.
