Technological convergence allowed the student to use various technologies to create their music magazine, including USBs to transfer work, Blogger to upload and present work online, and Adobe Photoshop to design the magazine. Feedback was collected using Facebook, while a Nikon camera and SLR were used to take photos inside and outside the studio. SoundCloud recorded audio and Prezi, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint also helped construct the final evaluation.

To Create my music magazine I used many different forms of
technology ranging from different computer programs to physical
thing like USB’s and Cameras.
One of the first things I used was a USB. This was used to transfer
work between home and college. I found this tool to be an asset
to my work however I would regularly loose the USB and have no
other way of getting my work back so I would have to re-do it.
To present my work to the examiner I used blogger as this
website could upload all of my work no matter what the format
and present it to a blog. I found it to be very helpful however. The
order of the work can not be changed making it look very
unorganised and missmatched.

3. I also used Adobe Photoshop CS5 to construct my magazine,
manipulate fonts and edit the images. This is a professional tool
which helped make my magazine look as real and official as possible.
The only downside to this program is that the full version was only
available at college and mistakes can only be undone up to a certain
point.
To help with my evaluation I used face book to create a closed inbox
to as my friends for feedback on my work. This made it easier to
collect multiple responses at once but it can be time consuming
waiting for a response.
To take my photos in and out of the studio I used a Nikon camera. I
found the quality of the photos the camera produced to be very high
but for a first time used it can be very complicated.
Sound cloud was used to record myself or a friend talking about or
reading my presentation. This helped to vary the way my evaluation
was submitted.
SLR (Single lens reflex camera) was used to take professional looking
photographs.

4. Prezi was also used in varying the presentation of my evaluation. I
found this program to be quite hard to used but I got use to it over
time.
The computers we used were ran on Microsoft. I also used its
programs such as word and PowerPoint to help construct my final
evaluation.
