The student used various new media technologies at different stages of their movie marketing project. In the research and planning stage, they used the internet and YouTube to research teaser conventions and trailers. They also used Prezi and Slideshare to present their research. During production of assets like the poster and magazine, they used Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and their iPhone photos. For editing the teaser trailer, they used Final Cut Pro and GarageBand. Their Canon E80D camera was used for filming and photography. YouTube was also utilized extensively for research, uploading work, and learning how to use the various software programs.
