• What did the survey show in terms of accessibility?
The survey showed us that many students do not have access to internet at home and
usually find other resources to get information needed.
• Did all students surveyed have access to the Internet outside of campus?
Some did, majority had other resources (and referenced internet cafes’ as the other
place they might use)
• If so, what was the most common means of access?
Internet Café
• If not, why do you think this is the case?
Many students had to pay for access to the internet if they are not at college which
could become costly.
• Did socio-economic factors play a role in your findings?
Yes. Students didn’t have access to the internet, because money is an issue.
• Did everyone have the same level of skill in using technology?
No. Many people admitted to being good on cellphones, but mot computers.
• Was there a correlation between the level of access available and skills?
Yes. They spent little time on computers, therefor never had good skills.
