ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPACITY BUILDING • Graduate members through a set of agreed standard levels in ‘doing business’ (with stakeholders input) • Build focus on sustainable financial plans and not on oneoff grants or competition awards • Identify and address gaps in members skill set through funded surveys and seminars • Sign bi- or multi-lateral agreements with CB professionals
