All of these image styles can be incorporated into any type of
printed or digital marketing such as: window cards, property detail
flyers, sales brochures, editorials, newspaper ads, web databases.

Different styles can also be combined together to provide the
fullest possible description of your property / development.
CGI:_EXTERIOR
CGIs are the most common form of marketing for new build properties. These images are effective because they
are instantly recognisable to any client , but since they are typical, it is therefore harder to stand out in the crowd.

Exterior CG are the most expensive image option in both time and money as the setup is extremely labour
         CGIs
intensive however, once developed the same model can be used to create an infinite number of views and
camera angles and/or video fly-thrus. The key to achieving impact and awareness is to employ equal emphasis on
the landscape design as is employed on the building design, and choosing the correct ‘crop’.

PUDDING includes the landscape design within all exterior CGIs.
DIGITAL COLLAGE: EXTERIOR
A bespoke approach to marketing is the unique DIGITAL COLLAGE ARTWORK which convey the proposed
AMBIANCE of the property but set within a REAL context.

Created from a combination of hand-drawn and photographic images, this style of image has an element of
realism normally in the form of site photos used as the backdrop and real material overlays, combined with all of
the character and ambiance of a oil painting.
Exterior artworks help to provide a sense of the location and scale of the property to a client who cannot
envisage the finished article on the site.
CGI: INTERIOR
As noted, CGIs are the most typical approach to marketing new build properties, and interior CGIs are the most
common form of CGI used. Model creation from architectural plans is costly in both time and money, however an
interior 3D can allow the development model to be limited to just one room therefore limiting the expense.
NOTE : the interior design choices for the images are absolutely crucial to the overall perception of the property
since over 75% of clients will base their decision to buy (or are heavily influenced by) the furniture and interior
decoration shown in the image/photo and rarely register the actual room or space at all.

PUDDING includes the COMPLETE interior design service for each camera shot.
ARTWORK INTERIOR
Bespoke approach to marketing is a unique digital collage. Created from hand-drawn and photo graphic images.
These can be abstract images set as a ‘dynamic camera shot’ or moste successfully in an open marketplace, the
image includes an element of realism combined into the collage.

Digital artwork is an extremely cost effective way of conveying your property with the most eyecatching style
available. It must be noted though that some clients will not be responsive to this creative style.
ABSTRACT ARTWORK
The most eyecatching method of presenting a property is in an abstract piece of artwork. It is a market specific
            y        g            p     g p p y                        p                                 p
style and should be used with caution.
This style is most successfully applied to luxury developments where LIFESTYLE plays an important role
in the sale. Used in combination with more traditional image types, context photographs and/or
sample boards, this can a very powerful marketing tool.
HAND-DRAWN PLANS
Working back from final CAD plans, hand-drawn sketch plans can provide an accessibility to your marketing
presentation which sets clients at ease. This is an inexpensive technique most succesfully applied to rural
projects or bespoke villas. The individual nature of drawings adds individuality.

This style is not typically appropriate for the high-end luxury market who tend to favour digital imagery
                                                high end        market,                           imagery.
BIRDS-EYE PLANS
Working up from final CAD plans, walls are extruded to create the birdseye prespective. This presentation style
add the new dimension to 2D architectural drawings which can otherwise be difficult for clients to read. These can
be bold colour graphic images (as above) or developed with textures or patterned colours.

This is an inexpensive method of enhancing your clients understanding of the proposed property

PHOTOGRAPHIC PLANS
Introduce additional flavour into your sales presentations by combining images and architectural plans The eye

can quite comfortably scan both elements simultaneously and register the information both independently and
concurrently creating a 66% stronger recognition of the project.
Plans can still include text such as room names and m2 or images can be placed on a room by room
basis as a montage, which eliminates the need for naming.

All of these image styles can be incorporated into any type of printed or digital marketing such as: window cards, property detail flyers, sales brochures, editorials, newspaper ads, web databases.   • 3. CGI:_EXTERIOR CGIs are the most common form of marketing for new build properties. These images are effective because they are instantly recognisable to any client , but since they are typical, it is therefore harder to stand out in the crowd. Exterior CG are the most expensive image option in both time and money as the setup is extremely labour CGIs intensive however, once developed the same model can be used to create an infinite number of views and camera angles and/or video fly-thrus. The key to achieving impact and awareness is to employ equal emphasis on the landscape design as is employed on the building design, and choosing the correct ‘crop’. PUDDING includes the landscape design within all exterior CGIs.
  • 4. DIGITAL COLLAGE: EXTERIOR A bespoke approach to marketing is the unique DIGITAL COLLAGE ARTWORK which convey the proposed AMBIANCE of the property but set within a REAL context. Created from a combination of hand-drawn and photographic images, this style of image has an element of realism normally in the form of site photos used as the backdrop and real material overlays, combined with all of the character and ambiance of a oil painting. Exterior artworks help to provide a sense of the location and scale of the property to a client who cannot envisage the finished article on the site.
  • 5. CGI: INTERIOR As noted, CGIs are the most typical approach to marketing new build properties, and interior CGIs are the most common form of CGI used. Model creation from architectural plans is costly in both time and money, however an interior 3D can allow the development model to be limited to just one room therefore limiting the expense. NOTE : the interior design choices for the images are absolutely crucial to the overall perception of the property since over 75% of clients will base their decision to buy (or are heavily influenced by) the furniture and interior decoration shown in the image/photo and rarely register the actual room or space at all.   • 6. ARTWORK INTERIOR Bespoke approach to marketing is a unique digital collage. Created from hand-drawn and photo graphic images. These can be abstract images set as a ‘dynamic camera shot’ or moste successfully in an open marketplace, the image includes an element of realism combined into the collage. Digital artwork is an extremely cost effective way of conveying your property with the most eyecatching style available. It must be noted though that some clients will not be responsive to this creative style.
  • 7. ABSTRACT ARTWORK The most eyecatching method of presenting a property is in an abstract piece of artwork. It is a market specific y g p g p p y p p style and should be used with caution. This style is most successfully applied to luxury developments where LIFESTYLE plays an important role in the sale. Used in combination with more traditional image types, context photographs and/or sample boards, this can a very powerful marketing tool.
  • 8. HAND-DRAWN PLANS Working back from final CAD plans, hand-drawn sketch plans can provide an accessibility to your marketing presentation which sets clients at ease. This is an inexpensive technique most succesfully applied to rural projects or bespoke villas. The individual nature of drawings adds individuality. This style is not typically appropriate for the high-end luxury market who tend to favour digital imagery high end market, imagery.
  • 9. BIRDS-EYE PLANS Working up from final CAD plans, walls are extruded to create the birdseye prespective. This presentation style add the new dimension to 2D architectural drawings which can otherwise be difficult for clients to read. These can be bold colour graphic images (as above) or developed with textures or patterned colours. This is an inexpensive method of enhancing your clients understanding of the proposed property property.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PLANS Introduce additional flavour into your sales presentations by combining images and architectural plans The eye plans. can quite comfortably scan both elements simultaneously and register the information both independently and concurrently creating a 66% stronger recognition of the project. Plans can still include text such as room names and m2 or images can be placed on a room by room basis as a montage, which eliminates the need for naming.
