Who we are: We are Cadpeople - a company of Danish origin that over more than a decade has specialised in Visual Communication and Visualisation for the building, engineering and product design industry. What we do: We add valuable Visual Effect and Storytelling to your presentation and marketing needs through the creation of top-of -the-range images, animations, DVD's and websites. How we do it: We offer a unique approach based on client dialog and a collaborative project process. The process includes identifying the target market, extracting the key values for the product and creating a concept for the presentation in the form of a storyboard which also outlines the key visuals to be produced. Why we are good at it: We believe that visual impact is the key to great communication, and that our creative, collaborative approach is what enables us to repeatedly deliver successful products for our clients.
The Story Using a methodical approach to background data and interviews, we begin by identifying core values, function and target audience. Using these as our starting point, the 'story' is structured into simple chapters and visually described in a storyboard. The Graphics Based on the storyboard we design graphics, images, or 3D visualisations for each chapter. The graphics help to break down the content of each chapter into easily accessible stories. The Medium The visual story, being the pivot of further communication, is processed for optimal use in media such as the Internet, CD-ROMs, DVDs and printed materials. The Simple Approach
Every product has a story, whether it being a new motorway, a building or a piece of industrial design. Within this story lies a complex accumulation of intentions, all targeted towards the ultimate goal: the success of the product. Our process starts by extracting the key elements to the story and reacting to these by adapting the mindset of the target audience. Depending on the nature of the product we then add variable measures of drama, ingenuity, style and technology. The sums of these efforts are then recorded in the project concept and storyboard. Storytelling
We take great pride in the quality and accuracy of our visual content. The visuals are prepared from source information such as sketches, cad drawings, photography and 3D models and finished according to concept and storyboard. During the creation process, our Creative Team will work in close dialogue with the client to ensure that all aspects of the project are illustrated successfully. All through the process we review the visual content to ensure that all key messages are carried through and that the graphical quality meets or exceeds the expected level. Visual Content
The destination media for the project is much more than a container for the visual content; it is an integral part of communicating the story. Our in-house developers and multimedia designers strive to carry the story through to the end-user using simple and intuitive presentation methods combined with use of the latest technology. Our broad experience with communication through Digital Media means we can offer a wide range of presentation possibilities. For example: Standalone images and animations DVD videos and animations Interactive DVD's or CD's Websites and on-line applications Real time 3D presentations Printed and physical media ...or combinations of the above.
