Publishing involves preparing information and distributing it to the public through various mediums. Traditionally, publishing produced books, magazines, newspapers, and brochures. Now, digital publishing allows content to be accessed on mobile devices and e-readers. Some major publishing companies include Bauer and Bloomsbury. The key stages of publishing are acquisition of content, copy editing for accuracy and legal issues, design and layout, production by printing and assembling final pages, and marketing/distribution to reach audiences through stores, mail, and online platforms.

8. Little White Lies
• This is a small independent film magazine which is not as big
as Bauer company but goes thought the same process of
production as a larger company.
• I have used stills from the “Little White Lies” Video to illustrate
my stages of production.
