*astPA system is an IP based public announcement
system that lets you to make voice broadcasts from a
centralized location with IP devices like IP Phones, Soft
Phones etc.
It use an Internet Protocol (IP) network instead of a
central amplifier to distribute audio signals to various
locations.
Based on standard SIP protocol, *astPA system is
compatible with third-party endpoints or system products.
At the same time, all API interfaces are available and can
be directly used or implemented with other systems.

schedule announcements to a specific zone
or speaker. Not all locations within the
speaker environment would require the same
announcement. Based on the region where
the speaker is placed, managers can control
what announcements to be played. Even
individual speakers can be specified to make
announcements. This feature gives managers
higher control over each and every speaker
connected to the system.

Tradational PA systems can access to make
announcements only from the control unit
where as *astPA system allows users to
make announcements from any location by
connecting a GSM or PRI line to the existing
control system.
Allowed users can now dial a preset number
and make extensions to all systems or
preset zones. PIN based authentication can
also be set for additional security.

The user friendly GUI of *astPA system allows
managers to schedule announcements that
can be played to a zone or individual
speaker.These announcements can be played
continuously or at specific periods.
When an announcement is made by the
manager the scheduled announcement would
stop and the announcement would be given
priority.
