5. Patient is able to stand on the both the
legs without complaining any kind
pain but there in a outward twist seen
at the distal end of tibia on right side
which leads foot supination.
Weight is shifted on lateral border of
foot while standing.
Diminish sensation.
Brownish skin colour.

7. Fracture in Rt. tibia bone at distal end ( as per
X-ray reports ).
8. Conservative treatment
Patient is advised to use PTB Brace for walking
purpose( to deload the 40% to 50% of weight
from the tibia bone).
PTB Brace will also protects from twisting the
tibia while standing.
Brace will also support the fracture part to gets
healed quickly.
9. Cast taken in neutral as much as possible.
Internal rotation of leg is observed.
Circumferential measurements are taken
properly for better fittment and comfort.
13. Patient is walking normally without any twist
or pain/discomfort at fracture part.
First Follow up after one month, X-ray with
brace Standing position.
Second Follow up after three months, X-ray
without brace standing position.
