This document proposes using PERI formwork systems for the Medan Centre Point apartment construction project. It recommends using the PERI Vario GT24 system for columns and core walls. The GT24 girder can be used for both vertical and horizontal formwork and offers benefits like flexibility, strength, and cost effectiveness. It also recommends using the PERI Lico system and PERI UP Rosset system for slab beams, shoring, scaffolding, and stairs. PT Beton Perkasa Wijaksana will assemble wall panels off-site to ensure accuracy.

1.Flexlible for application and optimalitation in site
2.Strong enough for wall/column formwork.

5.Has bending moment capasities up to 7 kNm, so fewer needed GT 24,
support and steel waler , its mean be able savings in labour cost.

For application, wall panel :
1.Assembling will do at Cikupa Workshop by PT BPW, for accuration panel refer to spesification requirment.
2.Formlining use Phonolik 4x8 -18 mm thickness, INCLUDING the Panel.
3.Its means all panel ready to use on construction site.
