This document is from a University of Cambodia psychology class about positive thinking. It discusses what positive thinking is, the explanatory style of optimists versus pessimists, the negative effects of negative thinking and positive effects of positive thinking. Techniques for staying positive are also presented, such as positive media, subconscious mind programming, seeing opportunities in difficulties, smiling, and cutting the root of negative thoughts. The session is led by instructor Kep Bunly with group members Mov Youpheng, Oun Panha, Pech Seila, and Svay Vanthan.
