Benefits
• Payroll Period is from 26th of last month to 25th of
current month, who ever joined on or before 25th of
current month his/her salary will be processed in the
month.
• Pay Period is 01st to 30th / 31st of the current month,
we will treat last 5/6 days of the current month as
present and process the payroll, if any LOPs/Leaves
will be adjusted in next month payroll process.
• Pay date is last working day of every Month, if it is
holiday will be credited before 1 day as per the
discretion of management.
• Pay slips are accessible through FactoHR.
• Income Tax is payable by every assesses. Income-tax
payable is calculated at the prescribed rates of the
assessment year.
• Employees Fill in your tax plan (Form) and submit it
to accounts department so that the deductions in
your salary are accordingly computed.
• Employees who are eligible have opt / fill in the Flexi
Pay Benefit (FPB) Form for getting Tax Benefit and
submit the same to Accounts department (refer
