Protein Diet Plan No Dieting! 
It has become increasingly clear that a protein diet plan is far healthier than anything else we have 
been offered in the past forty years. But we continue to miss the point. It is not carbohydrates that 
are the culprit. Human beings have enjoyed nature’s carbohydrates for eons. 
Our body is designed for natural food. I know what you are thinking: But our body adapts – right? 
That is not just wrong. It is a dangerous assumption. Human beings do not adapt. –They evolve. 
We do not adapt to processed food. This cannot be negotiated with nature. 
Since we introduced processed food as a major part of our everyday diet, we have changed from a 
majority of lean healthy people. - To a majority of fat unhealthy people. We have done this in just 
forty years. Statistics say that by 2030, 86% of us will be obese. 
The tragedy is that we can so easily change that outcome. Nobody is born to be fat. We didn’t 
inherit our weight problems from our parents. We inherited their eating habits. Food addiction has 
been evident for close to forty years. We are on the third generation of food addicts. 
All we have to do is reconnect to our own body. Re-learn the intuitive eating that is in tune with our 
digestive system. And become aware of the foods to avoid. We must also learn to ignore new diets 
and food industry propaganda. 
What’s stopping us? For the past forty years we have become addicted to processed food. Asking a 
food addict to stop eating processed food is like asking a smoker to stop smoking – or an alcoholic to 
stop drinking. In fact it is even harder. There is a whole culture built around processed food.
The most difficult component of food addiction is sugar addiction. It seems that no protein diet plan 
will overcome that. But it doesn’t have to. The Diet Terminator is designed to overcome the 
addiction symptoms in just a few days. Once the symptoms are gone, you are free! 
Curing your food addiction takes a little longer. But by the end of the course you will not only know 
the right foods for weight loss and how to beat food addiction. You will be lean and healthy and will 
never have to diet again, as long as you eat the food your body understands. 
Once you stop binge eating, and learn the right weight loss food to eat, food will be so much less 
important in your thoughts. You will regain the connection to your own body that your ancestors 
valued because it instinctively guided them to the safe foods. 
A lot of knowledge about ourselves is OLD knowledge. That doesn’t mean the knowledge is 
redundant. Remember our body is ancient, no matter how we dress the outside. But today’s 
culture denigrates old knowledge. Particularly where food in concerned. 
Chef’s are elevated to pop status, and dieticians have more cred than doctors. There’s a saying: To 
find the truth, follow the money. And today, the money that supports a culture based on processed 
food, comes from the world’s biggest, most powerful industry. The food industry.

  • 1. Protein Diet Plan No Dieting! It has become increasingly clear that a protein diet plan is far healthier than anything else we have been offered in the past forty years. But we continue to miss the point. It is not carbohydrates that are the culprit. Human beings have enjoyed nature’s carbohydrates for eons. Our body is designed for natural food. I know what you are thinking: But our body adapts – right? That is not just wrong. It is a dangerous assumption. Human beings do not adapt. –They evolve. We do not adapt to processed food. This cannot be negotiated with nature. Since we introduced processed food as a major part of our everyday diet, we have changed from a majority of lean healthy people. - To a majority of fat unhealthy people. We have done this in just forty years. Statistics say that by 2030, 86% of us will be obese. The tragedy is that we can so easily change that outcome. Nobody is born to be fat. We didn’t inherit our weight problems from our parents. We inherited their eating habits. Food addiction has been evident for close to forty years. We are on the third generation of food addicts. All we have to do is reconnect to our own body. Re-learn the intuitive eating that is in tune with our digestive system. And become aware of the foods to avoid. We must also learn to ignore new diets and food industry propaganda. What’s stopping us? For the past forty years we have become addicted to processed food. Asking a food addict to stop eating processed food is like asking a smoker to stop smoking – or an alcoholic to stop drinking. In fact it is even harder. There is a whole culture built around processed food.
  • 2. The most difficult component of food addiction is sugar addiction. It seems that no protein diet plan will overcome that. But it doesn’t have to.
