The Department of Management Studies provides a window to the modern world of business and
management through its BBA, BBA (CAM) & MBA Programmes. The objective is to provide a holistic
understanding of the up-to-date knowledge and skills to expose the students to global environs.
Students study the management philosophies, decision-making process and analytical techniques
through conceptual knowledge, rigorous practical training in the field and the techniques used by
management professionals. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities among the students
are imparted through Lectures and Seminars, Individual and Group Projects, Case Studies, Role
Plays, Group Discussions, Company Visits and Presentations by the Practising Managers. In order to
cater to the students who are not able to pursue the Management Courses on a regular basis, certain
courses viz. MBA & BBA are available in Distance Mode as well.
