Himanshu Khanna - Chairman
Mr. Himanshu Khanna is associated with the real estate sector for more than 10
years and has been successfully developed and delivered more than 9 projects in
NCR.
He is responsible for giving directions on overall business strategy and key
investments decisions of the firm. Being one of the founding members of
Propshop, Mr Himanshu Khanna has been instrumental in formulating various
company policies, setting up systems and processes, and building a strong team of
professionals. Mr. Himanshu Khanna provides overall direction and oversight to
finance and accounts of Propshop.
7. Sunny Bajaj - Managing Director
Mr. Sunny Bajaj, in his almost 09 years long career span, has never stumbled

Loafing, loitering, or sleeping on the job.
Gambling on company premises.
Excessive use of company telephone, e-mail or Internet for personal use.
Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol or other intoxicants. (Other than as
medically advised or permitted).
Any behavior that is seriously disruptive of normal flow of company business.

14. CONT.
Health: Employee will not work under the influence of intoxicating substances or
any other harmful drugs in the work premises.
Unfair means of gaining business or personal favors: Employees shall not use or
cause to use any unfair means of gaining business or personal favors during the
service in the company or after leaving the company.
Safety: Employee will not possess unauthorized weapons, illegal firearms, weapons,
or explosives on company property and shall not engage in criminal conduct or act
of violence.
Gift from the customer, supplier or vendor: All employees are expected to take the
approval of the management before they accept/solicit a gift of any kind from the
customer, supplier or vendor representative.. The Staff Member is also expected to
refrain from giving gifts to customers, suppliers, vendors except for certain promotional
gifts.
16. JOINING FORMALITIES:
The HR department initially issues the Offer Letter to the selected candidates on
their joining.
Documents required to be submitted to complete the joining formalities;
Three passport size photographs (Preferably white background)
Copies of highest educational/professional qualifications certificates
Relieving letter/Resignation Acceptance from the last employer
Last three months salary slips and last six months bank statement where salary is
credited
Copy of PAN card
Address proof (Passport/Driving license/Voter id/Rent agreement/electricity
bill/MTNL or BSNL landline bill/nationalized bank passbook etc.)
* Above documents are required to be submitted within two days of the date of
joining.
* Appointment letter is issued after the probation period of 3 months.
17. PROBATION PERIOD
All the new joining in sales will be on the probation of 3 months.
All the new joining in back-office/support function will be on probation for 3
months.
Probation period can be extended only once for next 3 months if the performance is
not found satisfactory by the supervisor.
After the Probation period if the performance is found satisfactory, Appointment
Letter and a confirmation letter is issued stating the permanent employment of the
employee with the company.

18. LEAVE POLICY
• Total leaves : 24 per annum
• During probation, an employee is authorized to take 1 leave per month.
• After completion of probation, an employee is authorized to take 2 leaves per month.
• All leaves have to be taken with prior information
• Only in special cases unapproved leaves would be acceptable
• Incase leaves have been availed by an individual prior and post a weekly
off/holidays, the weekly off will also be considered as leave.
• All Sick Leaves in the excess of 2 days should be supported by Medical Certificates
from a Doctor
• In case an individual is absent from the duty beyond the sanctioned leave without
prior information the leave will be treated as Absent “A” thus his salary will be
deducted for the days he/she was absent.
• In case where individual goes on leave without information for 3 consecutive days
will also be treated as “Absent” and salary can be put on hold or the individual will
be marked as “Absconding” results in termination.
19. COMPENSATORY OFF
If an employee is required to work on any important assignment on a
National/festival/weekly off day, then he/she is eligible for compensatory off on
any other working day from Monday-Friday
Official approval is required from the department head /management to work on
such national/festival/weekly off days. No compensatory off will be entertained
when an employee works on these days without prior approval of Director/HOD.
The compensatory off should be availed within a period of one month from the
holiday worked on. If compensatory off is not availed within one month, it will
lapse.
Compensatory off can be prefix or suffix with a weekly off.
At a time only 1 Compensatory off can be availed.
Compensatory off can not be taken in advance.
20. Birthday & Anniversary half day:
In addition to the above mentioned Leaves, each employee may take a second half off,
with the prior approval of manager with the record of HR.
Holidays:
The company observes national and festival holiday. A list of official holidays will
be circulated on 1st January of every year.
21. OPERATING PROCEDURES
All types of leaves other than Sick Leave need a prior approval of reporting
manager. In case of sick leave, employee should inform manager as soon as
possible during the first day of his/her absence.
For taking any type of leave the employee must get an approval from the reporting
Manager through mail / Hard copy (as applicable) and same needs to be informed
to HR department at the same point of time.
As a policy, employees are not expected to prefix or suffix any leave with an official
tour unless specifically approved.
Application for leave of 3 days or more should be made at least 2 days prior.
An employee shall furnish his address & contact phone no. while applying filling
the leave application. The sanctioned leave form must be submitted to HR Dept.
before proceeding on leave
For Privilege Leave, planning should be done as much in advance as possible and
approval obtained preferably 10 days before proceeding on leave.
22. CONT.
For Casual leave advance planning should be done if possible and permission taken
from the reporting authority. Where advance planning is not possible, intimation
should be sent to the reporting authority at the earliest, preferably the same day and
formal approval obtained immediately upon re-joining work.
All leave calculations will be done on a Calendar Year (January-December) basis
and fractions greater than 0.5 shall be rounded off to next higher number and lesser
than 0.5 to the previous number.
In the case of Maternity Leave, an employee will be required to submit a
provisional leave application to the reporting authority. The Company will
provisionally sanction the leave. After delivery the employee is required to submit
the final leave application to Payroll department of Human Resources.
Any modification to the policy shall be on the recommendation of the
CEO/concerned authority of PROPSHOP.
23. OFFICE TIMINGS & ATTENDANCE POLICY
• All employees shall be marking their attendance at the Bio-Metrics Reader installed
at the entry. It is compulsory to mark the attendance everyday at the time of entry
and exit.
• Official timings from Monday to Saturday shall be observed as 10.15 AM – 6:30 PM
and Wednesdays shall be off days for Sales Team and Sundays shall be off for
backend and other support functions.
• A grace time of 15 minutes may be permitted i.e. entry till 10.30 am .The employee
will however have to complete minimum 8 hours between IN & OUT times
• Any further entry after 10:30 am shall be marked as late entry
• Three late comings in a month will be considered as one half day and salary will be
calculated accordingly.
• Employees can avail a lunch for 30 minutes between 1.30p.m & 3.00p.m and they are
requested to avail the lunch in a staggered manner and ensure that the operations
are not affected.
• The employee can also apply for a half day leave . (If half day is availed, 2.00 pm
will be taken as cut off time)
Important: Strict disciplinary action can be taken if anyone fails to adhere to
mentioned above.
24. CLIMBING UP THE LADDER : PROMOTION
PROPSHOP provides an opportunity to an employee to promote to the next level in
the hierarchy based on their periodic performance.
If an employee achieves his monthly target for 3 consecutive month, he will be
promoted to next level in terms of role, designation and salary. .

29. DRESS CODE POLICY
Formals are to be worn on all working days.
Casuals are allowed Only on Thursdays.
If you have a client meeting on Thursday, Formals would be compulsary.
Our professional atmosphere is maintained by the image that our employees
present to customers and vendors. Employees should, therefore, utilize good
judgment in determining their dress and appearance.
Employees come on Sunday at sites or offices as per defined roaster, will also wear
formal attire & maintain personal hygiene all the time.
Employees have to be properly groomed & maintained acceptable levels of
personal hygiene so as to project a professional image at all times in the office.
Any deviations to the above may lead to a strict disciplinary action against that
employee.
30. HARASSMENT POLICY
If any employee is found guilty on following grounds would be terminated with immediate effect .
• Physical contact and advances
• A demand or request for sexual favors
• Sexually colored remarks
• Showing pornography
• Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature
• Sexual comments
• Jokes causing or likely to cause awkwardness or embarrassment
• Gender based insults or sexist remarks
• Unwelcome sexual overtone in any manner such as over telephone (obnoxious telephone calls)
• Touching or brushing against any part of the body and the like
• Displaying pornographic or other offensive or derogatory pictures, cartoons, pamphlets or
