Company’s Owner Entrepreneurship Characteristics
A good employer must show the good characteristics to its employees in all aspects of
employment. Therefore, the employee will be comfortable to continue working without the
feeling of doubt and always eager to work. From the observation that we run, the owner of
the Inani Craft, Mr Zaini Bin Hassan, he is very responsible towards their employees in many
ways. He always cares about its employees, by helping them if they have any problems. For
example, he will give his money if the employees want to borrow it. He also provide the
specific time for his emloyees to take a break before continue their work again. So that, his
employees not feel burdened with work given if they are given time to take a break.
Other than that, Mr.Zaini Bin Hassan give the suitable payment for his employees depend on
what are they can produce in a specific time are given. Totally, his employees are very
satisfied with the salary given for them for a month. Mr. Zaini also will increase the salary for
their employees to make them remain loyal to working with the company. Every end of each
year, he would give bonuses to its employees either in terms of money or prizes based on
the profits for the year.
The owner is also be patient if he face a problems in his work. He would try his best to solve
the problem to show that he is professional in his job. As we know, Mr zaini Bin Hassan will
always face the many types of problem that shows that he is the risk taker. The problems
that he face are never broke his spirit to make the company more better in quality of the
product. It is shows that the pwner are an intelligent in order to solve the problem and it can
be a good example to his employees.
