Current Situation Initial strategies include the identification of the client’s corporate mission.  This has provided a clear indication of paralysis of its existing brand concept and/or lack of web presence. There is an immediate need for a website that will have an online flipbook catalog. The website will also serve as an information exchange, and will include the company’s advertising information, photos, contact details, monthly publication and schedule. With the website being the immediate focus, there is also a need for a brand platform, brand collateral, SEO and/or Paid Inclusion; (site sellers, business cards, etc.) to assist in driving traffic to the newly renovated website.
Target Audience* *Further discussion is needed to develop age, demographic, and web habits of target audience. I.e. Restaurants, Hotels, Event Planners, Wedding Coordinators
Project Goals The goals of this project are to ;  Create the client’s new web presence. Provide consultation to promote healthy use/growth of the website. Increase website visibility and promote traffic. Provide collateral material to client to assist in website visibility.

Technical Strategy The technical strategy will be developed with ShowMeWeddingIdeas.com Prodigio Marketing recommends (depending on budget constraints) that you should launch with a basic HTML/ CSS/ Joomla site and then develop a more advanced strategy down the line that will be the result of a wider budget. HTML Email Blasts of Newsletter to be provided monthly.  Client will provide necessary and pertinent information for Updates within two weeks publication cycle date for all monthly scheduled updates.
PHASE I - Client Meeting/Planning and Investigation: (Appropriate Information Collection) Conduct initial interview to discuss project and determine client objectives; define project scope define target audience and establish design parameters; determine budget and timetable for project management. PHASE II - Concept Development: (Quantity of concepts and revisions determined by budget.) Explore alternative design directions. Client review and approval of design concepts to confirm design direction. Identify communication priorities for application. Client meeting and review of cost estimates (design and production), verbal approval to continue project. PHASE III - Design Development: (Concept refinement.)  Develop comprehensive design concepts design, logotype, supporting graphic elements, color palette, determine and produce collateral material and typography); application studies; client meeting and review for approval; review all copy; select paper stock. PHASE IV - Planning and Execution: Review and refine PHASE III as required, finalize copy; and obtain printing bids; present final comp with all completed text in position; meet, review and establish client’s approval for final design before prepress and printing.
