2. PROPOSAL
Need Creative Ltd proposes the following services:

COST
TOTAL: £1195
35% on stage E and 65% at stage K (terms and conditions apply).
TIMEFRAME
To be delivered to client 28 days from approval of stage E of schedule.

3. SCHEDULE AND COST
To be performed according to the following schedule:
The schedule is as follows with limited time frames and iteration stages.
A. Receipt of project brief.
B. Submit proposal.
C. Agree proposal including additional services.
D. Sign and exchange agreement.
E. Issue of first invoice for 35% set-up fee payment.
F. Design stage.
G. Code stage.
H. Test stage.
I. Work completion.
J. Acceptance by client of completed work.
K. Payment of final invoice (Within 14 days).
Terms and Conditions will govern any agreement between Need Creative Ltd and the Client, and are
available on request.
The client understands that there is no Internet marketing or search engine optimisation included in this
proposal.
PAYMENT TERMS
Set-up Fee: 35% of total (Stage E of schedule, above).
After project phase J (Work Acceptance, above) the client will be invoiced for the full amount, less any
set-up fee paid in advance.
Payment should be received within 14 days. If payment is not received within this period the Client will
be responsible for any charges as per section 3 of Terms and Conditions, (Fees and Expenses).

4. AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF SERVICES BY NEED CREATIVE
If you would like to procure our services for the unique design and development of the Business Package website
for your business, please fill in the RED sections below and return it to us with the set-up fee of £418.25. Upon
receipt of the signed agreement work will commence, you will be allocated your own personal account manager.
