of cargo. We started a lashing company and expanded our service offering due
to the growing demand from clients for a one-stop solution. We currently have a

Multi-wrapping Cargo
We provide Multi-wrapping services on site and also on board vessels for all types of cargo. Multi-wrapping
is a great solution when the product is oddly shaped or you are doing a low volume of any one size package.
Applications:
The result of Multi-wrapping is a very tight wrap, conforming to the product shape so that your cargo is sealed
properly for transport. Multi-wrapping will protect your cargo against any outside damage.
• The measurement of Cargo to be wrapped is taken first.
• Multi wrap foil is cut according to the size needed.
• The foil is covered on the cargo.
• Then the flame gun is used to heat up the foil.
• At the time of heating the flame gun to be kept 30 cms away from foil.
• Once the heat is affected on foil it starts shrinking.
• The shrinking of the area should not take more than 40 seconds.
Advantages
• Multi-wrap protects and groups products during shipment. The shrink wrap film is plastic and, when
heated, it shrinks and conforms to the products’ shapes to protect them from dirt, moisture, and damage
in transport.
• Multi-wrap protects against weather damage, it can withstand difficult weather conditions.
• Multi-wrapping will not move or chafe during transportation or storage.
• We can apply multi-wrapping without considering the size, shape or weight of a product. It goes well for
almost all of the products and that’s the reason why it is one of the best choices fo
manufacturing companies.

6. Aluminium Barrier Packing
(Vacuum Packing & Anti-corrosive packing)
Additional Moisture Absorbers and De-humidifiers
like Silica Gel and Desiccant Clays are added inside
the Packaging to attain relative humidity less
than 40%. Often VCI/VpCI materials are added for
additional Corrosion Protection.
Applications:
Aluminum Barrier Foil is used for the protection of Machines, Precision Tools, Components etc. against
Moisture and Corrosion during Sea Transport and during Storage. The Climate inside the Packaging is
Vaccumized to reduce the quantum of the Moisture and the Air.
Advantages
• Very Low Water Vapour Transmission rate property of Aluminium Barrier Foil, does not allow moisture
to enter the Packaging if properly sealed.
• High Tear and Bursting Strength makes Aluminum Barrier Foils durable and strong.
• Corrosion is kept at bay by maintaining humidity level below 40 RH
• Top in its class for protection against moisture, oxygen transmission, corrosion, physical damage, odor
transfer, UV radiation and chemicals.
• Overall cost reduction by way of reduced desiccant / preservatives, packing case cost and rejections due
to corrosion and spoilage of packed products.
Aluminum Barrier Foil Packaging works on the principle of Climatic Packaging. The Aluminum Barrier Foil
acts as Barrier to the entry of Moisture inside the Packaging. It is sealed properly to ensure that outside
Atmospheric moisture is not able to reach the metallic surfaces inside the Packaging.

VCI Foil Packing (Anti-corrosive packing)
A transparent stretch film embedded with vapour corrosion inhibitors to protect metals from rust and
corrosion. The stretch film is impregnated with Vapor and Contact Corrosion Inhibitor formulation for ferrous
and non-ferrous metals. Designed for long term storage of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Applications:
VCI is an additive that can be brought into most
common packaging materials. Once exposed to air,
the additive will dissolve into the air and dispose
itself as a thin layer on metal surfaces. This layer
blocks the access of humidity to the metal and the
process of corrosion is prevented.

Advantages
• The film is non-toxic and recommended for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals including steel, iron
copper, brass, zinc, galvanized (zinc plated steel and iron).
• Additional Moisture Absorbers and De-humidifiers like Silica Gel and Desiccant Clays are added inside
the Packaging to attain relative humidity less than 40%.
• Scratch-resistance and transparent - allows easy inspection.
• Offers protection to a wide range of ferrous, non-ferrous and composite metals.
• Depending on the imperviousness of the pack, protection should last up to 24 months.

8. Intercept (Specialized Anti-corrosion Packing)
OUR PARTNER IN ANTI-CORROSIVE PACKING!
INTERCEPT was developed by Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories in 1984 and is patented world-
wide. Highly surface area copper particles are permanently reacted into a plastic matrix and then allowed to
react with all corrosive gases as they try to penetrate the film or bag. The Technology was designed to protect
all materials under all environmental conditions equally. The material is volatile and oil free.
Anti-corrosion protection up to 2 - 5 years
guaranteed as per storage condition!
Intercept Technology is the new generation of corrosion
prevention which provides an active protection for all
materials. Intercept Products consist of special high
surface area copper particles which are chemically fixed
to the polymer-matrix of the product. Several protective
functions are combined in one product.
• Neutralization of present corrosive gases and
migrating gases
• Protection similar to a sacrificial “Anode” for
electrochemical processes
• Natural function against Bio-corrosion of Metals.
Intercept neutralizes corrosive gases which are present
inside the package (approx. 60 minutes) and
those gases which permeate through.
These gases are permanently bound with the copper
particles. All materials are equally protected – only
one packaging material for all applications! Since there
will not be any migration of particles, there
cannot be any contact reaction between the goods and/or
workers. Even minor perforations do not limit
the performance of Intercept products.

9. Specialized Tri-wall Packing
Environmentally Friendly
This environment friendly material is
being made from paper. All the paper
comes from Sustainably managed
forests and has particular value in the
paper fibre cycle because of its long,
virgin fibres which are the foundations of
recycled paper.

Pronk Multiservice offers pallets that can be designed to fit the exact needs of your packaging. Depending
on the product, handling or destination, we can recommend different options in order to optimise strength,
space, material and cost expectations.
We can offer you a light, strong and 100 % recyclable solution, which needs no treatment like wood and is
therefore ISPM 15-compliant.
The secret of the strength lies in the laminated carton board and the top board which is carefully chosen for
each application.
Compression strength, impact, humidity and dragging resistance are in a class of their own, when compared
to other carton pallet solutions.

Honeycomb packing is a lightweight and designed for strength.
Honeycomb offers a cost-effective alternative to heat-treated
wood or plastic pallets.

13. Pronk Multiservice offers Liftvan packaging for the moving industry. Our boxes are the perfect storage solution for
household goods, relocation and personal effects.
Our wooden lift-vans are utilized for LCL-less than container-loads of Household Goods and Personal Effects. The volume
of a standard lift-van runs about 196 to 210+ cubic feet. Sometimes we can use half and quarter sized or customize the
boxes as per clients requirement. These specialized boxes are made so they fit into an ocean container and also to easily
stack. Our liftvan boxes will be a very good solution when the goods are to be held in storage for an extended period of
time at either origin or destination.

We have large warehouses at our various locations.
At our head office in Amsterdam, Netherlands, we
have 4 warehouses, each equipped with 2 overhead
cranes with a maximum hoisting capacity of up to 53
tons. Each crane is capable of lifting up to 8.1 mts
above ground level and can handle a floor pressure of
up to 10t/m2. Two of our warehouses are registered
as customs depository allowing us to store inter-
community goods.
In Dubai we have total 9000 Sq mtr of warehousing
& storage space at Jebel Ali Industrial Area 2, both
covered and open yard storage for project cargo. With
our Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certificate (for
airfreight) we can offer onsite packing for dangerous
goods with UN approved packaging material to our
valued client’s as value added services.
To meet growing demands of professional cargo
securing services we have set up a new 600Sq mtr
facility at Delhi also capable of warehousing and
wooden crate manufacturing with major industries
in this Capital already as clients. We have in-house
storage and a large production facility in Bangalore,
Pune and Chennai. New facilities are being planned
at other suitable locations. With a wide range of
forklifts and reach trucks at all locations, Pronk
