• Adoption of automated or manual carton packing machines mounted on line-follower
robots and industrial trucks inculcated with plant layout such that finished goods are picked
up after the final process and the person receives the packed goods the moment it
reaches the delivery door reducing the packaging time and cost, also increasing the quality
of packaging
• Development of MSME Cloud with the help of MyMSME portal, Digital MSME scheme and
inculcating it in the MSME global portal and app
• Developing MSME product’s logistics’ tracking that allows customers to get insights into
their driver’s whereabouts using the “My Orders” area of their account. They should click
on the order in question, and an “Arriving by DATE and TIME” will show, along with a map
of their geographic area.
• Using Omni-channel E-retailing systems for selling and distribution
• Option for MSMEs to opt for Make-on-demand services which would reduce inventory
costs
• Tie-ups with local warehouses service provider for proper storage and reducing dispatch

There are 155,015 post offices in the whole
country.

• Radio is the most effective way of creating awareness to MSME’s
