I proposed a Call Tracking Management System on
BPO for any Telecom Company who takes up
call/complaints from Customers and act accordingly
upon them.
Design to serve our customer request quickly and
effectively.

web-based application intended to provide automated

K-means clustering is one of the most efficient
clustering algorithms used in the data mining.
K-Means clustering tends to find clusters of
comparable spatial extent,while the expectation-
maximization mechanism allows clusters to have
different shapes.
It also makes use of the centroid calculation for
determining the required clusters.
