This document outlines a team project for IE415 consisting of 5 members - Nawaf, Abdul hakim, Ali, Sultan, and Ahmed. It analyzes the impact of changes to critical path tasks on the project deadline and cost using project network and Excel. The original critical path was 27.5 weeks, and changing task C to zero slack did not impact the deadline. However, changing tasks F and M extended the deadline to 29 weeks and 28 weeks respectively, while crashing the project shortened the deadline to 23 weeks but increased costs to $59,466.
