types of money that need the most assistance…
 On average, bank customers checked balance 2x per day
 Only 10% of eligible retail customers (with significant deposits)
had bought an investment product
 Customers need a minimum of 4-5 different apps to keep track
of everyday spending, budgeting, FX transactions, remittances,
investments and pensions
 Average balance per customer and marginal profitability
remain challenging for fintechs
 Diversity in both employee base and therefore customers
remains elusive
