1. PROJECT FEASIBILITY REPORT
Project Description:
The project I am going to work on NTS. NTS is used in universities admissions and jobs. The
problem was to check the intellectual capability and knowledge of an individual.
Possible Solutions:
One possible solution is to arrange an exam in an examination hall with the help of papers. Some
examiners will be assigned .The exam will have a fix time period of 90 minutes.
Another solution is to offer an online exam at an examination laboratory .Some PCS will be
available at the examination lab along with the internet facility. The user will open the NTS
website, enter the ID provided by the NTS team .Then the exam form appears on screen. The test
contains 150 Questions in which 100 questions are logical, analytical, reasoning and the rest of
the questions are subject based questions. A timer will be set up when the page will be provided
to the users and when the timer will be equal to 90 minutes than automatically the user will be
logged out.
Evaluation Criteria:
The project solutions are evaluated and compared using the following criteria:
1. Viability:
Both of the solutions are viable.
2. Resources:
More staff is required to implement the first solution since more than one examiner is
required to coordinate the test. More over an evaluator is also required.
In the second solution the only one coordinator will be enough.
3. Cost Analysis:
To implement the first solution more money is required and more manpower is required
more over also have to pay the owner the rent of the examination hall since this is not one
time investment. Moreover paper cost is also an expense.

4. Skills required:
Technical skills are required to implement plus to use the systems.

2. Most Feasible Solution:
The best solution will be the one which is the economically and technically feasible. Since the
second solution is better than the first one in cost. Moreover strict time constraints are
implemented, paper cost is cut, cost cut of hiring the examiners. It is viable too.
Conclusion:
I have selected the second solution of implementing the online NTS system.
