A metodologia propõe evitar os problemas identificados para facilitar o gerenciamento, o planejamento e o controle. Neste segmento, percebe-se que as partes interessadas ainda não detém nível de maturidade adequada em projetos, somando-se a isso o fato de que o conflito de interesse com grande impacto decisório exacerba a complexidade natural. Por se tratar de cenário econômico promissor, ainda existe espaço para desdobramentos que podem contribuir com novas metodologias aos profissionais da área.

Even as national consensus for the need for creativity in schools grows, the political climate for changing the education system presents a logjam. Schools have to devote more and more resources to increasing standardized test performance because the tests are the only public measurement of education.
