Professional Biography
Martin Haider serves as Managing Director and Founder
of Leading Principals. Martin has conducted both internal and
third party executive search for over 20 years and brings a
breadth of experience working for leading Fortune and S&P
500 companies to his executive leadership position with the
firm. His time spent working inside complex organizations
afforded him the opportunity to observe leadership at every
level and he has experienced the challenges of working on
both sides of the desk. Martin is a true believer in identifying
leaders with a strong track record verified by trusted network
sources.
Martin has conducted over five hundred successful mid-level
and senior-level searches. With a strong network in real
estate, finance, and technology he serves as a trusted advisor
to clients in their search for Leading Principals - individuals
that have consistently demonstrated their role as a key
component to the success of the organizations that they work
with. Martin and his team conduct searches in all functional
corporate areas and from the manager to senior executive
levels.
Throughout his career, Martin has established trusted
partnerships with senior leaders at leading companies to
identify and secure proven talent for their organizations. His
understanding of how Fortune and S&P 500 companies work
as in insider has given him a unique perspective from which to
assess and evaluate the ways that Leading Principals can
impact an organization, and he is adept at assessing candidate
cultural fit and potential for long-term success.
After completing his undergraduate degree in Finance and
Economics, Martin graduated from the University of Denver
with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
