Feste<br />President<br />As a co-founder of Peregrine Group in 2009, Ward Feste has had recruiting success in virtually all real estate functions such as fund management, REIT securities investment management, development, property acquisitions and sales, leasing, asset and property management, mortgage finance,and corporate real estate. Prior to Peregrine Group he was a Partner at Carlyle Group since 1986 where he co-managed the Real Estate Practice and completed more than 350 executive search mandates focused in the commercial real estate arena.<br />Ward also has been active in numerous professional real estate associations, including the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Corporate Real Estate Network (CoreNet). <br />Ward is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) and a lifetime member of the Indiana University Alumni Association.  He has served on the board of directors for the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Club of Chicago and is the founder and a past president for the Indiana University Real Estate Club of Chicago in conjunction with the IU Center for Real Estate Studies. He is also a board member for City of Hope’s Real Estate Action Committee (REACH).<br />

Peregrine Group<br />The Team<br />Larry Loubet<br />Managing Director<br />As a co-founder of Peregrine Group, Larry Loubet’s expertise encompasses virtually all functional areas of the real estate industry.  He has completed assignments in debt and equity finance, real estate services, property and asset management, leasing, development, construction, accounting, information technology, corporate real estate, operations and management consulting. His success is evidenced by his ability to fulfill client hiring needs throughout the country for positions as diverse as managing director-corporate real estate services, partner-client capital marketing, managing director-client accounting, president-property management, managing director-capital markets, vice president and national director-capital markets, principal-DUS finance, and chief information officer.Prior to Peregrine Group, Larry spent 22 years with Carlyle Group ultimately co-managing the national real estate practice. Additionally, Larry spent the prior six years as a psychotherapist treating individuals and families for a family service and community mental health center. He is active with a variety of professional real estate organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).Larry has a BA in history and psychology from Rutgers University and an MA in social service administration from the University of Chicago.<br />

Peregrine Group<br />The Team<br />Jon Schultz<br />Managing Director<br />As a co-founder of Peregrine Group, Jon Schultz is responsible for business development, client relationship management and search execution. Jon has successfully placed executives at all functional levels (from Director to Executive Vice President) within originations, mortgage lending, portfolio management, operations, acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, tax-exempt finance, accounting, administration and equity investments. Jon is leading the Peregrine Group foray into the infrastructure/public private partnership (PPP) arena to include entities that invest in, advise, develop and finance these activities.<br />Jon has worked closely with leading multi-national organizations, playing a strategic role in aligning a company’s business strategy to executive leadership and management team selection and hiring initiatives. Jon has also been instrumental in helping his clients establish a presence in major primary and secondary U.S. markets. Prior to Peregrine Group, Jon spent 26 years with Carlyle Group as a Partner directing and executing executive search mandates on a national level. <br />Jon attended DePaul University and is active in numerous professional real estate organizations including the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Urban Land Institute (ULI) as well as the Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC) where he is a Director of the Professional Development Committee. Jon is also an active member and fundraiser for the Metropolitan Chicago YMCA and for the Chicago Public School System.<br />
