Reilly Partners, Inc. and McSherry & Associates 2, Inc. have announced that the practice of McSherry & Associates 2 has been
merged into the practice of Reilly Partners, a nationally recognized retained executive search firm headquartered in Chicago. The
merger allows Mr. McSherry and colleagues to serve leading client organizations throughout North America with the same boutique
personal service provided for more than 30 years. This uniquely personal service is now married with the reach and support
capacities of an industry-leading Top 20 North American executive search practice. Offices have been moved from Westchester,
Illinois to the Chicago headquarters of Reilly Partners.
Jim McSherry will continue to focus on senior search services to: Leading CPA Advisory Firms and their midmarket clients; Midwest
Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies; Industrial companies; National Property & Casualty Insurance organizations.
Jim began his executive search career in 1981 at the original McSherry & Associates, founded by John P.McSherry. Jim subsequently
led search practices in Chicago for Battalia Winston International, Dieckmann & Associates, and Korn Ferry International before re-
establishing McSherry & Associates 2, Inc. in 2002. Prior to executive search, Jim served in senior sales and marketing
responsibilities with the CPG Division (Energizer, Eveready, Prestone, Glad) of Union Carbide Corporation. Jim serves on several
industry boards, and is Founding Trustee at All Saints Catholic Academy in Naperville, IL. He is also a 20+ year Board Member at
Metropolitan Family Services DuPage and serves on The Board of Advisors at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Jimis a
graduate of The School of Business of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
